During onboarding, you will provide us the details that you want used with every offer (like your license number), and even some optional things like your preferred Title/Escrow partner.
MLS Offers
Our AI will interact with your MLS using your credentials. Using the offer writing software provided by your MLS, like TransactionDesk, the AI will write the offer package.
If you prefer to collect signatures through another signing system, the AI will send you an email with your forms and any documents that were attached to the listing.

Affordable Pricing
We offer three pricing plans for this service:
- Pay as you go - Each offer document set is paid for up front at $25 per offer
- Client Subscription - If you are an active client of Top Shelf TC, you can use offer writing as much as you like for $50 per month
- Public Subscription - If you are NOT an active client of Top Shelf TC, you can use offer writing as much as you like for $100 per month
